After more than 20 years experience in the travel industry, RubyBlue Travel was set up by Sharon Jackson to offer an unrivalled Travel Service to its customers.
With the ever changing travel industry, customers are having to make sure now more than ever that their hard earned money is fully protected after paying for a travel service.
RubyBlue Travel makes sure that all money is protected by paying it into a fully protected and bonded client account. This account is held in trust by The Global Travel Group Limited.
The Global Travel Group
The Global Travel Group was formed in 1992, and is one of the largest independent travel chains in the UK.
Group ATOL License
Tailor-made holidays booked with the travel agent can be protected under The Group ATOL, in conjunction with the Civil Aviation Authority (CAA).This means that you can book traditional package holidays or ones tailored exactly to your own requirements with the agent.
Customer Protection Guarantee
All your payments are made to The Global Travel Group Client Account. Your money is not available for use by the agent and is held in trust until payment is due to the operator. In the event of the failure of the agent or The Global Travel Group Limited, your money is secure in the separate Client Account and will be paid to the operator to ensure your holiday is unaffected. In the event of the failure of the package organiser your money is secured by law under the arrangements made by the organiser. The Global Travel Group will assist you to find suitable alternative travel arrangements or, if appropriate, to obtain a refund from the relevant protection fund (e.g. ABTA, ATOL).
ATOL bonded holidays
RubyBlue Travel offers a variety of travel products to meet individual needs. We appreciate that all our customers have different holiday requirements and we strive to cater for everyone.
We offer traditional Tour Operator package holidays, along with flight only and accommodation only to be tailored to your individual requirements and days required.
Do It Yourself Packaging
People are now travelling outside the traditional 7 or 14 days holidays, and doing doing it this way could not be easier with our very own Do It Yourself packaging tool that gives you the total freedom to mix and match the elements you want.
Give it a try for yourself and match together a holiday that is right for you and not for the operator. This unique tool also has the added bonus of ensuring that all aspects chosen by you at the time of packaging up your holiday such as transfers and/or car hire are protected too.
Allowing you the freedom to choose as you may have done independently in the past, with the added protection of having it bonded through RubyBlue Travel Limited.
Low Cost Carrier Protection
All our flights booked on this site through RubyBlue Travel Limited have included in the price, an airline failure insurance that would not be included if booked direct with the airline.This applies to both scheduled and low cost carriers. In today's financial climate - it is imperative that you are protected.
